From my heart to yours
I didn’t arrive here by accident—this path was paved by pain, purpose, and God’s undeniable grace.
I am a woman who has lived through the kind of trauma that changes you. Childhood wounds that ran deep. The devastating loss of my brother to gun violence while I was still trying to find my way in college. That grief split my world open—but it also lit a fire in me. It’s what shifted my calling from justice to healing.
I became the first in my family to graduate college, not just for myself, but for the ones who came before me and the ones who will come after. I am a generational barrier breaker—by faith, by fire, and by fierce determination.
’ve been blessed with opportunities to serve in so many capacities—across North and South Carolina, in schools, nonprofits, the foster care system, and with military families. My work has taken me across state lines and borders, touching the lives of thousands of youth, caregivers, and communities. And no matter where I go, I carry the same mission: to see people, to love them through their healing, and to leave every life better than I found it.
Every room I’ve stepped into, every soul I’ve held space for—I see it all as sacred. And none of it would be possible without God. His mercy covered me. His grace carried me. His favor opened every door.
So this is more than a profession. It’s a purpose. A ministry of presence. A love letter to the world and to the little girl I used to be—the one who didn’t have someone like me.
Now I get to be her—for others.
And that’s a gift I’ll never take for granted.
